Founded by Lance Kraemer, Phantom Concrete Solutions is rooted in a lifetime of experience and a passion for building and restoration. Lance grew up immersed in the world of construction, with a father who was a skilled mason, working on some of twin cities areas most impressive builds. This early exposure to the craftsmanship and dedication required in masonry and concrete work instilled in him a deep respect for the trade.
After a successful career spanning over 15 years in sales and marketing, Lance felt a strong pull to return full-time to his roots in the trades. During these years, he had also been working alongside his family, honing his craft. Recognizing an opportunity to blend his business expertise with his unwavering attention to detail, Lance ventured out on his own to create something truly special. Thus, Phantom Concrete Solutions was born.
